無需硫化的TPE泵管 ITP
Applications:
Hygienic TPE pharma-grade tubing for peristaltic pumps specifically engineered for applications within food, pharmaceutical, biotech and cosmetic industries.
Characteristics:
Translucent, the extruded, low porosity TPE tube reduces permeation problems. Highly neutral in taste and odor, it preserves the organoleptic properties of the medium. Good chemical resistance to acids and alkaline solutions and good impermeability. Versatile rubber resistant also to alcools with max. 50% concentration. Much more impermeable than silicone elastomers.
Superior working life on peristaltic pumps when compared with similar tubings of the competition (average working life >190 hours when tested on a 3 lobes pump with 600turning/minute) and minimal spallation on pump heads.

Temperature range: -20°C ～+ 80°C (peaks at 135°C).
Sterilize: Autoclave, ETO, gamma radiations, and chemicals.

特點(diǎn)：半透明，采用藥品級(jí)衛(wèi)生TPE材料制造的軟管，無需硫化工藝。無需連接器，只需熱能，便可將該管焊接和密封，以確保穩(wěn)定的流動(dòng)性。
內(nèi)壁特性：擠壓式生產(chǎn)方式，擁有低孔隙率的TPE軟管減少了滲透問題。無氣味，無味道，不改變管內(nèi)介質(zhì)的原有感官屬性。耐酸、堿性能好，而且抗?jié)B透性強(qiáng)，耐酒精（酒精度最高可達(dá)50%），比硅膠彈性體的抗?jié)B透性好。
工作性能更優(yōu)越，這是與安裝在蠕動(dòng)泵上的其他同類產(chǎn)品相比較，（三葉泵上測(cè)試結(jié)果：600轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘的情況下，平均使用壽命>190小時(shí)）。除此之外，泵壓頭上的剝落更少。
認(rèn)證：符合歐盟EU10/2011、美國FDA、USP VI級(jí)藥品級(jí)規(guī)定。同時(shí)符合ISO 10993-5 (非細(xì)胞毒性)、ISO10993-4 (非溶血性的，直接或間接方法)
溫度：-20℃～+ 80℃ (最高可達(dá)135℃)
滅菌：可采用高壓鍋、ETO（環(huán)氧乙烷滅菌）、伽馬射線滅菌及化學(xué)藥劑消毒方式。
